They hire the lowest dregs of society and pass them off as technicians hopefully biden will put a stop to this! This is a travesty that they allow these people to continually rip people off

I was contacted by someone in their office to make repairs to several retail stores. I completed the work sent all requested paperwork in and never got paid.

My work was approved by the customers and pictures were provided. After calling several times I was told the person who contacted me no longer worked there.

I still receive calls from this company requesting me to do work, when I tell them Ive never been paid they hang up. Scammers

Did a minor service call for them and they are not paying their bill

They get the job done , collect the money but do not pay to the people that do the job. I have emailed them ,call them texted them and like they never existed. they are really nice at first but once you get the job done they charge the customer and dont even return the call much less you get paid nothing.

I was a sub in the Northern Colorado area. I stopped because they will not pay for services rendered.

They have stopped all communication. If this is how they treat the people that are supposed to work for them, how do you think your facility will taken care of? They never had a problem asking me to reschedule other clients so that I could fit their stores in! Every time I went to a store for them all I ever heard from managers, and employees, was how bad, and inconsistent the service was.

I also was told they were billing stores for hours that there were never any techs at. I would be VERY WARY of hiring this company to manage a hen house, much less a retail store!

My husband and I wanted to gut renovate our basement. This included digging 1.5 feet, knocking down walls, adding a half bathroom, replacing stairs, and rerouting much of the plumbing and heating pipes.

We were told by many contractors it would take at least a year just to get all the permits necessary to do the work. Fast forward 5 months...KFM 24/7 not only obtained the permits, but completed the basement and exceeded our expectations. They were efficient, hardworking, and their priority was making us happy. We have undergone 3 previous major renovation projects, and KFM 24/7 and his team are unsurpassed in their level of organization and efficiency.

The quality of their work is also noteworthy. They created custom-made shelving for us throughout the basement and managed to reroute the many wires and pipes so they are no longer eye sores.

We couldn't be happier with their work and our new basement. These guys are great and I only wish I had found them sooner.

Long overdue review for KFM 24/7. I contacted this company last year while my husband and I were just about to close on a home requiring extensive renovations.

I contacted KFM 24/7 to meet for a quote. KFM 24/7 meet up at the directed location promptly, he was professional, and assertive on necessary repairs etc. Fortunately, once the contract was signed from our end the seller worked to press us for more $ on the home. I mentioned 'fortunately' earlier because as our two year home search resumed we landed a better home.

Having felt confident in KFM 24/7 and his frank advisement and no non sense attitude, I contacted him a 2nd time. KFM 24/7 was on it post haste, quickly affirming what needed to be done and how soon he could put the home on schedule. I was honest with KFM 24/7 from the start on my budget. KFM 24/7 and his team were the right fit for making our fixer-upper a TRUE home.

His team ARE incredible! If you're a home owner looking for quality, reliability, professionalism and a company who will treat your home as you would . Should be contacted as soon as possible. They are not cheap but they are fair.

We hired KFM 24/7 to complete several projects in our home including installing coffered ceiling beams in our living room and repairing a crack in our hallway ceiling. We couldn't be happier with the result.

Our carpenter was contracted to repair/replace much of our existing upstairs porch/deck due to leaks that had developed. When it was determined that part of the job would require roofing expertise for which our carpenter didn't possess the necessary tools/skills, we found KFM 24/7.

KFM 24/7 danced a beautiful dance with our carpenter to accommodate the existing arrangements we had with him. KFM 24/7 was very respectful of not stepping on anyone's toes. He gave us guidance on possible options and once our decision was made, he slipped in and out of the project as his expertise was required. He was literally on call to do his part in a timely fashion so as to not delay progress.

Our carpenter (who shares our high standards) was duly impressed with the work that had been done. Upon seeing it, he commented, "Now that's the way it should be done." The quality was terrific. We've had torrential downpours that tested it to the max ~ not a drip!

The end job looked clean, high-quality and just what I expected. This was my first experience with a contractor and I was very pleased working with KFM 24/7. There are many options in MD to hire painters and contractors, and in my experience most were quick to throw out quotes based on the rooms/details described. However, KFM 24/7 actually came to see the apartment in-person within 24 hours of my inquiry to provide an accurate scope.

I had a large remodel for a store. Keystone Facility Maintenance had, without a doubt, the best priced and most detailed bid we received.

Therefore he was hired. He provided a detailed schedule and the only time we ran over on the schedule was when I had to change something. Which was finished in no time. We are extremely happy with his work and final product.

If we have another project Keystone Facility Maintenance will definetly be out first call.

He's just a great guy all around and his work was way better than we could have hoped for. I'd say we got more than expected for the money we paid.
